We live in CT and have been vacationing in the OBX for the last 20 years and last year at our son's urging, we decided to explore home ownership. In August, 2018 on our vacation in Pine Island, we saw a home for sale that looked like a possibility. Sarah was the agent, so we scheduled an appointment for Sunday which was the rental turn day. Sarah navigated the busy Rt 12 traffic and met us at the home. We showed up with some of our extended family in bathing suits and I can't imagine what was going through Sarah's mind at that point.
