Meet Sarah Spencer.
Owner & Principal Broker
A native of Richmond, Virginia and a graduate of James Madison University, Sarah was introduced to real estate early — her father was a custom builder. She launched her Outer Banks real estate career in 1998 in the village of Duck, later expanding south to Nags Head and north to Corolla, where she was named broker-in-charge. Sarah went on to co-found Keller Williams Outer Banks at The Marketplace in Southern Shores.
